What package should i buy?
This depends on the size of your community and the resources you need. If you're just starting out, the Starter
plan is a great choice. For larger communities, consider the Community, Advanced, or Extreme plans for more
resources and better performance.
When will i recieve my order?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your server will be automatically deployed and ready to use within
seconds.
How do i manage my server?
Once you have ordered the package, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the server
portal. User credentials should also be emailed. From there, you are able to view and manage your server.
Do you support Oxide/Carbon?
Yes. Simply install the Oxide / Carbon on our startup page under the "Modding Framework" vairiable. You are then
able to upload all of your plugins using the File Manager!
Why does RCON and the Rust+ App not work?
RCON and the Rust Plus App are not automatically set up. You can set these up yourself by checking the network
tab and change the ports yourself in the startup parameters or you can open a support ticket and we can get that
set up.
