We support JavaScript version 12-20 and python 2.7 and 3.7-3.12. if you would like another language please contact support
Do you have Git support?
Yes. You are able to automatically pull the latest version of your bot from the GitHub / GitLab repository. You are also able to select what branch it is going to pull from.
What package should i buy?
This depends on the size of your community and the resources you need. If you're just starting out, the Starter
plan is a great choice. For larger communities, consider the Community, Advanced, or Extreme plans for more
resources and better performance.
When will i recieve my order?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your server will be automatically deployed and ready to use within
seconds.
How do i manage my server?
Once you have ordered the package, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the server
portal. User credentials should also be emailed. From there, you are able to view and manage your server.
